Delivery.

We will leave flowers at, or near, the entrance if we deem it safe to do so. Our bouquets are wet packed so that if this occurs, they have a temporary water source. If there is nowhere safe to leave the blooms, or the property is inaccessible, or the address provided is incorrect, the flowers will be returned to us and we will call to re-arrange delivery at the senders cost.

Substitution:

Flowers are seasonal. We will do our very best to ensure that the flowers are as similar to the photos as possible, however with nature there are never any guarantees. Depending on availability and the seasons, it may mean we need to substitute the flowers. Rest assured we will select the perfect substitute that you will love.

Flower Care:

Unwrap your bouquet, remove the wetpack and make sure that all stems underwater with no leaves under the water line. Cut the stems on an angle with a sharp pair of scissors, place your flowers into your vase & pop them in a spot out of direct sunlight or heat .
